Typically the main steps of the process are as follows:
- You contact us by telephone or you come to our showroom and arrangements are
made for a designer to visit you at your home to discuss your needs and formulate
the basis of your design.
- Depending on the size of your project, you will often make further visits to
the showroom to discuss and finalise the choice of cabinets, appliances etc.
- Once the broad design is agreed the designer will usually visit you again to
make a final presentation of the design and the costs involved. A detailed plan
will be available for you to review and where appropriate we will often provide
a coloured 3D image of the design to help you visualise the final effect that
will be achieved.
- Adjustments or amendments can be made and where necessary, a further
presentation will be given.
- Once you are satisfied with the proposal and tell us that you want to go
ahead you will be asked to sign a contract and pay an initial deposit.
- Within 2 weeks of placing your order we will write to you detailing our
proposed installation plan. The letter will detail the start dates and duration
for each major step of the project. Wherever possible we aim for work to be
continuous once we have started so that the installation is completed in the
least possible time and the disruption to your normal routine is kept to the
absolute minimum.
